5. DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION

Local Storage Only

  • All conversation history is stored locally on your Apple Watch and paired iPhone
  • We do NOT store your conversations on our servers
  • Data is stored using standard Apple frameworks (Core Data, UserDefaults, iCloud sync if enabled)
  • You can delete conversation history at any time within the app
  • All data is automatically deleted when you uninstall the app

6. DATA SHARING

  • We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes
  • We do NOT use advertising or tracking technologies
  • Data is only shared with AI service providers as necessary to generate responses
  • We do receive aggregate statistics or analytics from Apple App Store Connect (downloads, crashes, basic usage)

7. ANALYTICS AND TRACKING

  • We do NOT use third-party analytics or tracking tools
  • We do NOT track your behavior or usage patterns
  • Basic app statistics (downloads, active devices, crashes) are provided by Apple and do not identify individual users
  • No cookies or tracking pixels are used

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Gnosis AI is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

9. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

You have the right to:

  • Delete all conversation history within the app settings
  • Stop using the app at any time
  • Remove all locally stored data by deleting the app
  • Contact us with privacy questions or concerns

10. DATA SECURITY

  • Conversations are transmitted securely (HTTPS/TLS) to AI service providers
  • Local data is protected by your device's security features
  • We implement industry-standard security practices

11. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
